It All Comes Down to Family

(me and my Mom in 2003, when I needed an extra hand after just having my second baby :)

As I'm finishing packing for my trip to see my Mom this weekend, I think to myself that I'm so happy to know that I can go and help her when she really needs an extra hand.  Even though she is across the country in Arizona, and I am in Georgia, how lucky I am that I can hop on a plane and go see her. I also think of my little boys, who one day will be the great men they are destined to be, and hoping one day when I am needing them, that they too will be able to do the same for me. But what I really pray for is that they will never be too far away, or that they will want to come and see me, not just because I am sick, but because they want to say hi and spend a little time together with family. Family, at the end of the day, is what it all comes down to. Family has such a special place, that no matter in good times or bad, there is always love. From husband, to kids, to cousins to parents, sisters and friends, family to the end...... I am very grateful and extremely blessed to have mine.
